Instead of talking, leaders must walk the walk!

Instead of talking, leaders must walk the walk!

Although it is often that someone in a leading position makes empty promises and uses unfulfilled, rhetoric to make the most important transformation, from just a certain position, to a meaningful, real, effective leader, one must do more than talk, talk and be ready , willing, able and dedicated to walk, walk! Every great leader, makes his mark, by consistently leading, for example, to clearly indicate his personal involvement and conviction, and thus to inspire, motivate and involve others, more involved and committed, to make the group, better , both now and in the future! With that in mind, this article will try, in brief, to consider, research, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is such an essential consideration to become a true leader.

1. justified; why; Who; what; when: One must investigate in an objective, introspective manner whether it is justified to be called a true leader! Why are you trying to become a leader and what are your personal motivations? Who could you ask to help you and become a member of your inner circle, trusted advisors, and why would you choose these individuals? What are your goals and priorities, and how are you going to implement them in the interest of the organization and your voters? Are you willing to undergo the entire strategic planning, process and use to record, conceive, create and execute the best action plan? Do you do that with clear timelines and when do you make those decisions?

2. posture; construction; attention; articulate; actions; action plan: in order to be entitled to be considered a leader, you must use a genuine, positive, ability, attitude, combined with skills and aptitude, a greater degree of expertise, judgment and hopefully wisdom in making decisions! This must be consistent with paying attention to as many variables as possible and must be prepared to articulate an inspiring, motivating message, focused on service and representation! A person's action plan must be accompanied by the timely taking of appropriate actions!

3. Listen; to learn; classes; leading: when someone starts, by listening effectively, and commits to learn from every conversation and every experience, he benefits from the lessons, has learned and starts with meaningful impact!

4. Knowledge / knowledge; Karma; love: How can someone improve their personal, Karma, in a meaningful and useful way? A leader must go further, with relevant knowledge, so that he knows what to keep, as opposed to understanding the little things. Don't let the little things sweat!

Real leaders have the final say!

Real leaders have the final say!

In many ways, Leiden is an extreme, interactive behavior, while in others it can be one of the lonely activities! Before anyone starts this search, he must give himself an introspective, objective check, from the neck down, to make sure he feels comfortable with the power, authority and responsibility of, so often, with the last say! Although a quality leader must be willing to listen, learn and objectively consider options and alternatives, with an open mind, he must at some point demonstrate that he deserves the right to be considered a leader by observing and the timely preparation, development, development and introduction of a truly relevant, sustainable, high-quality, well-considered strategic and action plan. With that in mind, this article will try, in brief, to consider, investigate, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it matters.

1. future; substance composition; bloom; faith; face facts; from; forward: leading means, consistently, taking into account not only current (or populist) needs, but, the best course, forward to the future, to ensure a relevant, sustainable approach! How someone meets these needs depends on whether their stakeholders have confidence in him, both in him and in the organization. One must be positive, yet realistic and ready, willing and able to face the facts and continue accordingly!

2. integrity; imagination; innovate; insights; ideas; ideals: it is not true leadership unless / until absolute integrity is maintained, especially when a path of least resistance seems attractive! A leader must have the relevant imagination to innovate, based on well-developed insights, and to introduce ideals and ideas that tie in with the mission of the group and the perceptions of the voter!

3. Needs; nuance: while a leader must emphasize needs, goals, priorities and perceptions, he must recognize that each group has certain differences and must therefore approach his approach in a nuanced way!

4. Attitude; construction; attention; articulate: Do you have the quality of character and self-confidence to work consistently with a sincere, positive, can-do attitude, to see obstacles as challenges, to overcome problems instead of problems? When someone does that, and has taken the time, and has taken the trouble to develop the aptitude and need and to pay careful attention to the possible ramifications, as well as the current challenges, he starts earning, is referred to, as a leader! If someone expresses an inspiring, motivating message, while clearly explaining his plan of action and reasoning, he declares that he has the authority to have the last word!

5. Listen; to learn; leadership: nobody knows it all, so a true leader listens and learns effectively from every conversation and experience to acquire the knowledge, judgment and wisdom, which improves his leadership credentials and skills and makes others perhaps more willing to go to him to listen and follow!

Do you have the confidence and skills to move forward and do you let the FINAL say when it comes to meaningful decisions that affect your group? Are you ready for the task?
